Medical Moulded Products Ltd was formed in 2015 to concentrate on cleanroom manufacture of medical devices and associated products. Based in Burton-On-Trent, we excel in creating high quality plastic products that are suitable for use in the medical sector.
Medical Injection Moulded Products
Our products include the injection moulding of spatulas, mixing bowls, syringes, dispensers and over moulding of any kind. We are bespoke manufacturers producing injection moulded parts designed by our customers and injection mould tooling owned by them. Our machines are capable of producing parts up to a weight of 232g and with a surface area of 120cm2 in most engineering materials. We are experienced in the manufacture of injection mouldings in most engineering thermoplastics and are happy to work with you from concept to production.

We have expertise in processing a wide range of plastic materials including TPE, TPEE, Polycarbonate, ABS, SAN, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, COC, Polysulphone, PEEK, and Polyethylene.
We have drying equipment on every machine in order to prepare hygroscopic materials for production and can colour natural materials to your specification.
