ISO 9001 2015 accreditation

ISO stands for the International organisation for standardisation. ISO develop and publish international standards.
ISO do not audit a business, this is carried out by external certification bodies such as BSI who Medical moulded products worked with in order to gain certification.

For us, certification to ISO 9001 2015 demonstrates we run our business as efficiently as possible. It helps us to continually improve our systems and procedures and therefore customer satisfaction. Certification to ISO 9001 2015 adds credibility to our business and demonstrates to our customers our commitment to them. To obtain certification to ISO 9001 2015 we followed the guidelines and requirements detailed in the standard and amended or added systems and procedures to meet these requirements.

To achieve certification to ISO 9001 2015 requires the commitment of every member of staff, and only by working as a team was this possible. 

Medical Moulded Products are proud to have been assessed and approved to ISO 9001 2015. Our ISO accreditation was carried out by BSI in April 2016. Our ISO certificate was awarded to us at BSI headquarters in June 2016.

ISO 9001 2015 accreditation requires a business to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products or services that meet customer requirements, our ISO accreditation shows our customers that we meet this requirement.

Within ISO 9001 2015 are requirements to improve our systems and processes. The importance of our customers to our business means we actively embrace continual improvement. The ISO 9001 2015 audit process looked at all our systems and processes before our ISO certificate was awarded to us.
